Purchase Agreement:
These general terms and conditions apply to the business relationship between the customer and brains4earth.ch, subject to Swiss law. By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.
Shipping and Prices:
Shipping is generally via Swiss Post. However, we reserve the right to use another service. All prices for items exclude shipping but includes Value Added Tax (MWST). The price for shipping is added at the checkout. All items are delivered from stock whenever possible. If an item is not in stock, shipping will be delayed until our stock has been refilled. After the booking has been made, we will deliver immediately (except when out of stock). Deliveries initiated by us are free of cost. Lost deliveries do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract; instead, they will be re-delivered by registered mail at our expense.
If delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer cannot be found at the delivery address provided, despite the customer being notified of the delivery time with reasonable notice, or the delivery address was incorrectly provided, the customer shall bear the costs for the unsuccessful delivery attempt and the re-delivery.
Returns, cancellation and return policy:
The following cancellation policy does not apply if you open or damage the sealed packaging. It also does not apply to washed goods (textiles). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items with proven manufacturing defects will be accepted if the defects are reported by email within 14 days of receipt. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Exchanges or returns due to dissatisfaction are excluded.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns must be properly stamped. For courier shipments and other irregular shipping methods, we cannot under any circumstances cover costs exceeding the postage costs. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The goods delivered by us remain the property of brains4earth.ch until all our claims have been met, regardless of the legal basis.
Withdrawal:
By placing an order, a purchase contract is concluded and is final. Unless there are long-term delivery problems, it cannot be modified or canceled. If we nevertheless agree to a change or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of CHF 20.
Liability:
brains4earth.ch assumes no liability for any damages resulting from the use of the purchased products, especially in the case of improper, unlawful, or illegal use.
Data protection and final provisions:
We do not share any data with third parties; customer data is treated with absolute confidentiality. Prices are subject to change and errors excepted.
